How your order reaches you, from packing to your doorstep

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Exact shipping charge for your order is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
These are estimated timelines from our courier partner (Shiprocket network) and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the AWB (tracking) number and courier details via SMS/WhatsApp on the phone number provided at checkout. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime with your order ID for a status update.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. We proactively follow up with our courier partner on delayed shipments and keep you informed.
At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping is not currently available — please check back or contact us for updates.
Please double-check your delivery address, pincode and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error after placing your order — we'll try to update it before dispatch.
