By visiting this website or using any service offered by Sarvam Rishi — The Spiritual Club, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Sarvam Rishi provides spiritual guidance and learning services, including Vastu Shastra consultation, Vedic Astrology, Tarot Card Reading, Numerology, Palmistry (Hast Rekha), Energy Healing, Meditation, Quantum & Sound Healing, Poojas, Rituals & Remedies, and spiritual courses. Services are offered online and, where mentioned on the service page, in person.
Details, availability and fees of each service are shared with you on WhatsApp or call before you confirm.
Important: All spiritual services and guidance are for personal enrichment and guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Physical products are sold on our separate store at shop.sarvamrishi.in. Orders, shipping, refunds, exchanges and privacy for the Shop are governed by the policies published on that site, not by these Terms.
To enquire about a service through the Enquiry form on this website, you pay a one-time enquiry fee shown on the form. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Your enquiry is submitted only after the payment is completed, and our team then contacts you on the number you provide.
The enquiry fee covers the review of your enquiry and our follow-up with you. It is separate from, and not adjusted against, the fee of any service or course you later choose. Once an enquiry has been submitted, the enquiry fee is non-refundable. If an amount is charged but your enquiry could not be submitted, or you are charged twice by mistake, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment ID and we will resolve it or refund the amount to the original payment method.
All bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp or call. Please be available at the agreed time. If you cannot attend, inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule your session. Sessions missed without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
Service and course fees are communicated to you before you confirm. Payment is to be made through the methods we share with you, and a session or course is confirmed only after the agreed payment is received. Fees are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the session, we will reschedule it, or refund the fee paid for that session if a new date is not possible for you. If we cancel or are unable to deliver a session, you may choose a new date or a full refund of the fee paid for it.
Fees are not refundable for sessions already conducted, reports or remedies already delivered, poojas already performed, or courses where classes or material have already been accessed. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
Poojas and rituals are performed according to Vedic tradition using the details you provide, such as name, gotra, date and place of birth. Please share accurate information, as the correctness of a reading, report or ritual depends on it. Remedies are suggestions for your consideration and are followed at your own discretion.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or are using our services under the guidance of a parent or guardian), that the information you give us is accurate, and that you will treat our team and other participants with respect. We may decline or end a service if these Terms are not followed.
Sessions and classes may not be recorded, shared or broadcast without our written permission. Course material, notes and recordings provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or distributed.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, books and course material — belongs to Sarvam Rishi and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Sarvam Rishi is not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on a consultation, reading or remedy, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the website or our services means you accept the updated Terms.
