How we handle information at Sarvam Rishi

Sarvam Rishi — The Spiritual Club (“we”, “us”) provides spiritual consultation and course services from Roop Nagar, Delhi – 110007. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, and how we use it. Our online store at shop.sarvamrishi.in is a separate site with its own privacy policy.
Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the services you select and the message you write.
Payment: the enquiry fee is paid on Razorpay’s secure page. We receive only the payment ID and payment status. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Consultations and courses: to give you a reading, report, Vastu advice, healing session or course access, you may share details such as date, time and place of birth, photos of your palm or floor plan, names for a pooja sankalp, and questions about your life. You share these on WhatsApp, call or during the session, and only what you choose to share.
Technical data: basic information such as browser type and pages visited may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Spiritual consultations can involve personal matters such as family, health, relationships or finances. We treat everything you tell us as confidential, use it only to serve you, and do not share it with anyone outside our team.
Only with service providers needed to run what you asked for: Razorpay for payment, and WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, which is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or a government authority.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Enquiry form saves your entered details in your browser’s local storage so that your enquiry can be completed after you return from the payment page. It stays on your device and is cleared once the enquiry is submitted. This website also loads fonts and icons from third-party services (Google Fonts and Cloudflare CDN), which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
We keep enquiry, booking and payment records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and delete or anonymise them after that.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
Our website links to other sites and apps, such as WhatsApp and our Shop. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.
