Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped/handed to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery instead (see our Exchange Policy).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued once the cancellation is confirmed, or once a returned item passes our quality check (see Exchange Policy for the return process and timelines).

Non-Refundable Items

Consultation sessions already conducted Course access already unlocked Items damaged due to misuse after delivery Products without original packaging on return

Sacred/energised items (like consecrated rudraksha or yantras) are non-returnable once unsealed, for hygiene and authenticity reasons, unless the item itself is defective.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it is initiated within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days after initiation.

Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout, via Razorpay:

UPI / Card / Netbanking payments — refunded to the same UPI ID, card or bank account
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — refunded via UPI or bank transfer; we'll collect your preferred details on WhatsApp

Consultation & Course Cancellations

For booked consultations, please inform us at least 12 hours before your scheduled slot to reschedule or cancel with a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable but can usually be rescheduled once, at our discretion.
