Exchange Policy

For physical products purchased from Sarvam Rishi

Physical Products

We offer exchange on physical products (crystals, malas, yantras, singing bowls, ritual items etc.) within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange is only for a product of equal or higher value (you pay the difference).

⚠️ We do not offer cash refunds. Only product exchange is available.

How to Request an Exchange

  • 1 Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • 2 Share a photo of the product and your order details.
  • 3 Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you further.

Digital Products & Courses

Digital content, online courses, and recorded sessions are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Services & Sessions

Booked sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions already conducted are not eligible for exchange or refund.
